"***UPDATE*** A few people pointed out that the Z9 users manual says that if you're in 3D AF mode, by default, the stickiness level will be 3. That was interesting to see as that wasn't how it was explained to me when setting up the camera with the engineers. I reached out to the engineers with a few questions and they responded a few hours later. They did verify that in 3D the lock on tracking slider defaults to 3 and even if you raise it to 5 (which it lets you do) it's still going to be 3. I made a suggestion that they 1, don't allow you to switch it to 5 if you're in the 3D tracking mode. 2. somehow allow you to switch it to 5 and have it be more sticky. 3. explain better in the camera that it defaults and stays at 3.
I also suggested moving or adding the ability to have the indicator that flickers around the outside of the frame when you take a photo, be moved closer to between the center of the frame and the edge of the frame. I said that the Sony a1 has this feature and they can check it out there to see what I am referring to."
