Most photographs for business purposes are still captured with a dedicated camera of some sorts. However, 11 percent of the surveyed photographers use a smartphone camera for approximately 50 percent of their pro images. Smartphone use for professional images is also on the rise, with 31 percent saying they use the smartphone more now than they did 12 months ago..."

Eu basicamente só uso minhas câmeras pra trabalho profissional.
As minhas fotos pessoais são feitas 90% com celular. Com exceção de fotos noturnas o celular atente a mesma coisa, muitas vezes em modo retrato se bem executado não da pra notar diferença em uma DSLR para web.

Bacana ver 30% do mercado já em ML nessa pesquisa. A mudança tá vindo mais rápido que o esperado.
