this was shot with a 14mm sigma at 5dmk3   ap 16 or something, for lightning i used a hensel porty 1200 plus with a octabox

this picture was stiched out of 3 together, alot of tonal contrast and sharpening :)

I guessed at first that the powerful source of flash lightning was a bunch of flash units coupled at diffuser umbrelas or something like that, but i came few moments ago from Adorama website and saw the Hensel Porty 1200W strobe: found really cleaver your lightning project for this photo, it's simple and very efficient. I saw HDR at the first look, and someone else saw a Photoshop-made headlight at the car, is that true?
