Conclusions
All of these lenses deliver a beautiful image and all have their field curvature / focus shift quirks, particularly the NOCT-Nikkor.
On the whole, the Nikon 58mm f/1.4G delivers a higher level of imaging quality across the frame, center to edges and corners. It controls optical aberrations of all kinds better than the NOCT and the Voigtlander 58/1.4. The NOCT is particularly trouble by lateral chromatic aberration at the edges and corners.
In terms of value, the Voigtlander 58/1.4 has its appeal at less than 1/3 the cost of the Nikon 58/1.4G (lens shade recommended at extra cost). But as good as its bokeh is, the Nikon 58/1.4G appears to better it, particularly in the ƒ/1.4 to ƒ/2.8 range.
Ultimately the lens style is a matter of taste. None of these lenses can be said to be high performers in any sense of having a flat field (minimal field curvature), nor do any of them deliver corner to corner sharpness to the corners wide open or at ƒ/2 or even ƒ/2.8. But they are all very pleasing. A photographer willing to invest an extended period in understanding the strengths of a lens can surely make beautiful images with any of them.
